At Van Metre Homes, we care about our individual communities and our local community as a whole. We are committed to ensuring the wellbeing of our customers and our employees. At this time, we are offering in-person and virtual appointments. For in-person appointments, masks may be required pending COVID community levels as determined by the CDC.

In areas that have a low or medium COVID community level, there is no recommendation for indoor masking unless you are immunocompromised or have a high risk for severe disease and if so, the CDC recommends talking to your health care provider about wearing a mask. For areas with a high COVID community level, the CDC recommends wearing a mask when indoors.
