What do the letters and numbers in the floorplan name mean?
Every floorplan name actually tells you exactly what you’re getting. The Sierra 39-F2, for example, starts with “S” for single family home, “39” is the width in feet, and “F2” means a front-load, two-car garage. Once you crack the code, every floorplan name tells its own story.
