The Earnest Money Deposit for all townhomes at Prosperity Plains is $45,000. This deposit secures your homesite in the community and demonstrates your commitment to a new home purchase.

All homes at Prosperity Plains come with pre-designed structural and interior finishes, making your purchase and move-in experience quick and seamless.
