What do the letters and numbers in the floorplan name mean?
Every floorplan name actually tells you exactly what you’re getting. The Tatum 16-R1-RT, for example, starts with “T” for townhome, “16” is the width in feet, “R1” means a rear-load, one-car garage, and “RT” indicates a roof terrace. Once you crack the code, every floorplan name tells its own story.
