Are there any special offers available at P2?

What’s the estimated timeline for move-in at P2?
Homes currently available are expected to complete in Spring 2026, with additional homesites delivering later in the year.
What amenities will be available to residents at P2?
Tucked among mature trees, P2 offers wooded walking trails, a tot lot, and access to all South 620 amenities, including a multi-use field and sports courts. An optional membership at Prosperity Plains adds a pool and clubhouse for even more ways to relax and connect.
Which schools is P2 zoned for?
P2 is located in the Loudoun County Public School district and currently zoned for Pinebrook Elementary, Willard Middle, and Lightridge High School. For the 2026–2027 school year, students are zoned to attend to Pinebrook Elementary, Gum Spring Middle, and John Champe High School—all located within three miles of the community.
