Online Home Reservations
By submitting your information and clicking “Reserve Your Home,” you (“Prospective Buyer”) acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. 72-Hour Reservation Only (No Contract Created).
By placing a Lot Hold, Prospective Buyer receives a temporary, non-transferable 72-hour reservation on the selected lot (“Lot”), beginning at the time the reservation is submitted. This reservation provides Prospective Buyer the opportunity, but not the obligation, to negotiate and enter into a purchase agreement for the Lot and improvements (“Agreement of Sale”). Seller is likewise under no obligation to enter into an Agreement of Sale. This Lot Hold is not a contract for sale, does not grant equitable title, and does not create an option or right of first refusal.
2. Automatic Expiration and Limited Extension.
If an Agreement of Sale is not fully executed within the 72-hour Reservation Period, the reservation will automatically expire without notice. If Prospective Buyer signs an Agreement of Sale within the 72-hour period, the Reservation Period will automatically extend for three (3) business days solely to allow Seller the opportunity, but not the obligation, to countersign the Agreement of Sale.
3. Prequalification May Be Required Before Contract Execution.
Although no prequalification is required to reserve a Lot, Seller may require Prospective Buyer to provide a current, valid mortgage prequalification letter before Seller will execute an Agreement of Sale. The prequalification must demonstrate loan capacity sufficient to support the purchase price and must meet any requirements reasonably established by Seller or its lender partners.
4. Pricing and Availability Not Guaranteed.
Prospective Buyer understands that all matters relating to the Lot and any proposed improvements (including, without limitation, pricing, options, design features, specifications, plans, elevations, home style, color schemes, options, finishes, home site location, and overall development timing) may be determined, modified, or finalized by Seller in Seller’s sole and absolute discretion. Pricing for the Lot and/or improvements may not yet be determined and may change at any time before execution of an Agreement of Sale. Any determinations or changes made by Seller, whether or not specifically described herein, and whether occurring before or after the Lot Hold is placed, shall not constitute a default by Seller.
5. Reservation Limits and Restrictions.
Seller will honor only one (1) active Lot Hold per household, and may cancel or disregard any additional Lot Holds made by the same household for multiple lots. The reservation is personal to Prospective Buyer, is not assignable or transferable, and may not be recorded in land records.
Van Metre End of Year Savings Event (December 8-23, 2025)

Submitting a “Reserve This Home” form during the promotional period temporarily reserves the homesite for 24 hours and does not constitute a binding agreement.
