- Customer-specific data such as browsing and shopping history across New Homes Source and all affiliate sites within the Builders Digital Experience LLC ("BDX") network.
How we use the information
Van Metre Homes uses your information to better understand your needs and provide you with better service. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a transaction, to communicate with you, update you on services and benefits, and personalize our website for you.
From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research or to provide you with marketing information we think would be of particular interest. At a minimum, we will always give you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving such direct marketing or market research contact. Said platform collects information on callers that call our Main Corporate Line, Main Sales Line, Customer Care Line, Van Metre Design+Build Line, and all Community Sales Lines including (1) the caller’s phone number; (2) the name displayed on the Caller ID (when available); (3) call recordings and transcripts of calls you place to us; and (4) other data that may be correlated through our systems (for example, data from CRM systems). The data is collected in order to display relevant caller information related to an incoming phone call.
Heroes Program
Available only for presently employed teachers, public safety officials or medical personnel, or active or retired service members. Proof of eligibility may be required. A maximum of $2,500 is provided as a Design Centre credit, notwithstanding the number of eligible purchasers for a specific new home. Purchasers shall not be entitled to any rebate, refund or other consideration in the event that the full credit is not used towards Design Centre purchases. Other terms and conditions apply.
