When will the model be open?
The model homes at Snowden Bridge are expected to be completed and ready for tours in early 2025. Until then, you’re invited to visit our show home during open house hours, Thursday through Monday, from 10AM to 5PM.
How do I request an appointment?
To request an appointment at Snowden Bridge, please click here. Once received, a member of our team will reach out to answer any questions you have and discuss your needs. During this conversation, we’ll also arrange a date and time for a virtual pricing and contract appointment if you’re interested in proceeding with a new home purchase.
Do I need to get pre-approved?
No pre-approval is needed to tour, but one is required to proceed with a contract. To begin the process, reach out to our dedicated Loan Officer, Jawad Hamandi, by clicking here. Jawad will guide you through the steps, review your finances, and help determine the best loan options for you. By the end of your meeting, you’ll have a clear understanding of your budget and be one step closer to securing a new home at Snowden Bridge.
What is the deposit amount?
The Earnest Money Deposit for single family homes is $35,000, and the Earnest Money Deposit for townhomes is $30,000. This deposit secures your homesite in the community and demonstrates your commitment to a new home purchase.
Can I customize my home?
All homes at Snowden Bridge come with pre-designed structural and interior finishes, making your purchase and move-in experience quick and seamless.
What is required if I’m working with a Realtor?
For those working with a Realtor, an Exclusive Right to Represent Buyer Agreement must be submitted at the time of contract. To streamline your visit, we recommend submitting the agreement in advance, which you can conveniently do here. If you have any questions, our Community Experience team is happy to assist.
