You’ve selected the Van Metre home of your dreams. The perfect lot, with a floorpan and elevation just right for your lifestyle and personal taste. So what’s next? Three milestones lie ahead—but don't worry, we'll be with you every step of the way, right up to the time you walk through the front door of your new Van Metre home, and beyond.
Contracts & financing
This is when you finalize your choice of structural options, complete the Agreement of Sale, and approve the terms of your mortgage as negotiated with your chosen lender.
Selections & Scheduling
With your loan approved, it's time for the selections process. At our Design Centre, you'll choose the elements that will personalize your new home. Once those selections are made, construction can begin, and you'll receive an estimated completion schedule for your new Van Metre home.
After construction is complete, a Pre-Settlement Orientation of your finished home is scheduled to go over your warranty, review the operation of systems in the home, and answer any other questions you may have. Once orientation is complete, all that’s left is settlement, when you sign the papers that let you take possession of your new Van Metre home.
