Due to high demand, we encourage you to receive a “pre-approval” letter before your appointment. Intercoastal Mortgage, LLC (ICM) can work with you on getting pre-approved and provide a monthly payment estimate based on your needs. Homesites marked as “Available” are released for sale, but not yet built. Those marked “Sold” are under contract. “Future Release” homesites are not available and will be released in the future.
