You know just what you want. We know exactly what we are doing. Here’s how it all comes together.
First, we stage an in-home meeting to talk about your project. We’ll discuss your vision and share some design ideas, and then talk about scope and timeline. Then, we schedule a follow up meeting in which we explore materials and confirm the scope and budget for your project.
Time to get creative! We present you with several concepts and work with you to refine the one you like best. You select colors, finishes and other details. We give you a rough cost estimate that we refine after getting quotes from our subcontractors and suppliers.
Final Design & Estimate
We deliver the estimate with some options for cost-savings or upgrades based on your selections. We finalize the design and estimate based on your preferences.
Build — Pre-Construction
This next stage is all on us — you can just go about your daily life while we take care of finalizing the construction contract, obtaining the necessary permits and ordering materials.
Build — Construction
Here’s where it gets real. Now’s the time to make your final finish selections. As construction progresses, we’ll keep you up to date through in weekly site meetings. When construction is com-pleted, we take you on a final walkthrough and write a detailed “punch list” of any small fixes that need to be made.
Finally, we prepare and deliver our aftercare warranty.
