Here are just some of the fairs, festivals and more that you will find going on in the region this September: - One of the best local breweries in Fredericksberg is hosting an Oktoberfest event on September 18th & 19th! Blue & Grey brewery is holding its 13th annual Oktoberfest event featuring free samples of their Oktoberfest beer, free fall crafts, a traditional keg-tapping ceremony, an OOOmpah band, food and so much more! Entry is free and it’s going to be a great time! - Starting on September 19th and running through November 3rd, Loudon County’s Pumpkin Village Fall Fest features tons of fun for the whole family! Traditional fall activities include hayrides, hill slides, moon bounces, pony and camel rides, a petting zoo featuring exotic animals, a pumpkin patch and SO much more! It’s perfect for a fall family outing! - For the 46th year in a row, the historic town of Occoquan will close its streets to host the Occoquan Fall Arts & Crafts show! Taking place on September 26th & 27th, the show will host over 300 artisans and crafters from all over the U.S. selling their wares. This festival attracts 10,000 people from the region for fun, food and shopping. Come enjoy this small town oasis along the Occoquan River!
