Our Service program covers the non-emergency items that may arise during your first year. We offer these appointments at the 60-day and 11-month marks. At the eleven month mark, we will contact you to set up your one time drywall adjustment.
Our Customer Care team will contact you ahead of time to schedule these inspections. Please click the button below to submit your list of items. During the inspection, your community's Construction Manager will review your concerns and detail work to be done by our trade partners. Once the inspection has occurred, we will follow-up with a workday to be scheduled Monday-Friday between 8:00AM and 4:00PM.
