Our Service Program
During your first year, we are proud to offer our Service program which gives you the opportunity to address non-emergency items, at the 60-day and 11-month mark. At your 11-month service, we will address your one-time drywall adjustments.

Dedicated Customer Care Ambassadors
Once you purchase a new home, you will be assigned a Customer Care Ambassador who will be your point person for any questions or concerns you have throughout the entire build process and thereafter. Your Ambassador will be available to assist you Monday-Thursday, 8AM-5PM and Friday 8AM-3PM by phone or email.

For Current Homeowners
At Van Metre Homes, we stand behind our work and have established a comprehensive service program to handle your warranty needs for your new home. Our service program covers the non-emergency items that may arise during your first year. We offer these appointments at the 60-day and 11-month marks. At the 11-month mark, we will contact you to set up your one time drywall adjustment.
Our Customer Care team will contact you ahead of time to schedule these inspections. During the inspection, your community's Construction Manager will review your concerns and detail work to be done by our trade partners. Once the inspection has occurred, we will follow-up with a workday to be scheduled Monday-Friday between 8:00AM and 4:00PM. Before your inspection, be sure to complete your Warranty Request Form and submit it through the form below.
